Oral Presentation
Students will research one French-Speaking country. Students will then prepare an oral presentation in which they will discuss the tourism for their given states. Each student will need to prepare note cards that have the following information: The source where you obtained the information, the author of that source, and the information from the source. The student will be graded on three criteria, These criteria are eye contact, vocal projection, knowledge of the topic.

The Flavors of France
While studying the role food plays in French culture students will create a simple brochure that highlights three courses, breakfast, lunch and dinner in two different French regions with which it is associated. The brochure will include a description of a typical family meal using each meal of the day. The description will be placed on the front of the brochure to include pictures in the background.

French Restaurant Menu
You will design a menu for a new restaurant. You must give your restaurant a name (in French) and create the menu headers and titles entirely in French. The menu should include at least five sections: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a list of six or more beverages and six or more desserts. Be sure to use vocabulary we have learned in class. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings, prices, and graphics/color pictures.
