Research and develop an instructional 7-minute Power Point presentation or a three page research paper about cyber warfare. Include adequate information to inform your audience about the subject. If you use Power Point, include appropriate templates and design tools, clip art, transitions, pictures, videos, etc. Make sure you consider your timing and include enough research material to meet the assignment criteria.
