Pop Up Card
A rubric that properly evaluates the artistic process. It measures the various phases and approaches that are necessary in the assessment of creating a pop up greeting card.

Figurative Language Booklet
Task: Create a figurative language booklet from Bud Not Buddy. Provide a definition of the figurative language, an example from Bud Not Buddy and explain the figurative meaning of the text. Poster and Outline Rubric
The students will put together an outline of a section in the text and then they will construct a poster representation for their particular section of a chapter in the text. Students will follow standard outline form layering the information from general to specific. The poster will include relevant information, creativity, and quality of work.
