Your group will be create a lesson based on a topic we yet to cover this semester. Your group will be creating every aspect of the lesson from the lesson objectives, the lesson, and the activity.

Create a 3-5 minute documentary on an assigned topic from the Middle Ages.

You will be researching and presenting (via video) one event leading up to the American Revolution. You will need to include: When did it take place? Where did it take place? Why did it happen? Who was involved (general groups and specific major players involved)? What happened and the reactions to it? How did it lead to the Revolutionary War?

Develop a product to enhance the most important information about your concept through an interactive, engaging project or presentation. You must use technology in some way, and include vocabulary.

Writing own lyrics about the I POSSESS scale to the tune of an existing song or self-created song.

Independent Activity: Self Collage Create a collage that represents who you are as a person. The collage should be made using Microsoft Word and internet images. This collage should consist of a wide variety of images that tell who you are and what is important to you. The collage should contain words that describe who you are. Words may be hand-written or a font type used. You will present this poster to the class, and it will be displayed on the wall of the classroom. Grades will be given according to the attached rubric.

Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.
