Home Economics - Lab 2: Breakfast Skillet
The purpose of this lab is to create a delicious/easy breakfast dish similar to breakfast-style restaurants such as Denny's, Cora's, Smitty's, Humpty's etc. This year we did not include vegetables but for health reasons it is recommended you include items such as green pepper and tomato.

Home Economics - Sewing Machine Swatch
We worked on this together in class for numerous weeks. Students made a series of stitches on their sewing machines to firm up their techniques for sewing straight lines, curves and corners. They were to also reinforce their stitches.

Home Economics - Embroidery Stitch Swatch
We worked on this together in class for numerous weeks. Students watched videos and had opportunity to receive help from 3 staff members. These videos were available to watch online and practice while at home. Students were asked to make a cross stitch, and outline stitch, an outline/stem stitch, a chain stitch, a French knot and a blanket stitch on a swatch of Aida cloth.
