8th Math Video Project
In groups of up to 6 members create a video movie regarding a math standard. Be creative, it can be a song, a skit, a comedy act, etc. The video should be 2 - 3 minutes in length. Worth 100 points. Due May 26th.

Books of the Bible
Students must recite the 73 books of the Catholic Bible. This may be done in pairs, however, both students must show they have mastered the memorization of these books. Students may present in person from the front of the class, or create a video to present. The video may not have "breaks" in it.

The Circuit, Catholic Social Teachings FLIP BOOK
You will work with a partner to create your flip book. Your flip book should have 7 sections and a cover page. Each section should be one of the 7 themes of Catholic Social Teachings. On each page you will either draw or write an analysis that compare The Circuit to the CST Theme. The book must be free of errors, neat and colorful.

Mass ADVERTISEMENT
Students will create an advertisement promote attending Sunday mass. Advertisements should include content & usefulness of a advertising technique. Students will also provide a sale pitch their knowledge of the advertising technique. Tell WHAT the purpose of the advertisement is. Decide how best you can persuade Catholics to attend Sunday mass.

Pope Francis Group Presentation Rubric
Students will create a presentation on one of seven topics regarding Pope Francis and his trip to the United States using technology. This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric will consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions.

Ratios and/or Rates Poster rubric
The students will work in groups to put together a poster for display. Students will create a word problems about rates and/or ratios on the poster, showing calculations as how to solve. The poster should be colorful, creative with pictures or drawings. A rough draft must be completed prior to working on the final poster. The poster is to be done on the butcher paper provided. The group will present to the class. Rubric must be attached to the back of the poster.
