From the list of poems. Choose one and create your own poem using the same structure the poet used. Make sure to keep in mind the elements of poetry.

Students will create a Facebook profile “About me” section on poster board describing themselves including what they look like in appearance (Ex: Yo soy baja. Yo tengo pelo rubio.) as well as what their personality, interests/likes, and dislikes.(Ex: Yo soy deportista. Me gusta jugar tenis.) are in a short paragraph.

You must research your artist and select a piece of his/her work particular that interest to you. you will introduce your assigned artist and give a short biography. you will express why you've selected this particular piece. For example, how did the piece make you feel? Does the piece speak to you? DO NOT USE TRANSLATORS! MUST BE TYPED! You may present your selection via sketch/drawing, painting, sculpture.

Research a Hispanic country other than Spain or Mexico. Create a detailed travel guide/video by using Adobe Voice app. Include information about the weather/climate, historical sites, government, population, leisure activities, monetary system, food, holidays, etc. Try to convince your viewers to visit this country. Be sure that your video has pictures/images. You may draw them yourself or find them online. Create a colorful and fun video promoting travel to your chosen country.

Student will create a poem and card in honor of Día del Amor y la Amistad. Student will present the card to the teacher for grading components.

Student will create a poem and card for a teacher in honor of St. Valentine's Day and I will deliver the card to the teacher for grading.

Upon completion of in-class practice of storytelling that contain some new structures and vocabulary, the learner will be able to effectively write and make up a story through descriptive details using the vocabulary and grammar provided.
