The students are required to make some telephone conversation and use the vocabulary on the telephone properly.

This is a rubric designed to measure a student's reflection and application on an assigned education journal article.

You must create a Marketing Board Game. This presentation can be Individual or in groups of twos. Follow specific guidelines, as described on the atttached hand-out. ( Topics to cover are: Promotion, Display Features, Advertising, Branding Strategies, and career Goals and Employment). Reference is the following chapters 17, 18, 19, 20,21, 31, 37, and 38.

Business Plan Assignment.

Students will be evaluated on the following criteria; Organization - commercial flows logically, Content - Commercial explains issue, Professionalism - commercial gets the message across in professionally, Knowledge - informative production, Interest and Purpose - the commercial is interesting and allows the audience to see the purpose of it

Using simple market research, create a 3-pronged marketing campaign for PCHS to include 30-second commercial, 3 print ads, and one promotional device of the group's choice.

Students develop a business plan for a retail or service business that they are personally interested in starting. Each student will be responsible for all portions of the comprehensive plan that covers everything, including Title and Table of Contents, Business Description, Writing a Mission Statement, Developing the Marketing Plan, etc.

Use this rubric for grading class assignments. Can be customized for any subject.

Development of a marketing plan for a new or improved product or service

Reference is Chapter 5 of your assigned textbook. (Individual Assignment). Create a new business venture and create a power point point presentation which includes a business concept statement, a feasibility analysis, a competitive Grid, a vision statement, and an executive summary for your proposed venture. Slides must include all of the elements above and an introduction, closing page and a works cited page. Make sure to add graphics and make your new business venture appealing to your potential target market. (A one page paper double spaced and typed with full details should accompany presentation).

Using Business rules, and Crow's Foot notation design and implement a database. This includes creating the ERD design using MS Visio or MySQl Workbench. Implement the design creating an MS ACCESS database tables and reports.

Students will assume the role of entrepreneur. Students will select a product/service that they are passionate about and create a 50 second-2 minute sales pitch. Audience must be able to identify the product, the need it fulfills, the targeted audience, the benefit and price. Students will also act as potential investors for other students during this role-play.
