The Working Cell
Students must create a poster model that will answer the question, "How Does Our Body function?" Must include their working knowledge of Chemistry, Macromolecules, Cell Structure, Membrane Transport, and Cellular Respiration. Include key terminology and processes through the various stages of your model.

Group Skit Presentation-Respiration & Photosynthesis
1.Identify the purpose of Cellular Respiration and Photosynthesis along with demonstrating an understanding of the implications or consequences if either of these processes did not work well or was altered. 2. Describe the fate of the starting materials and the products generated. 3.Props such as illustrations are required. 4. C3, CAM, C4 and The stages of each process are required for both concepts 5.Skits will be between 8 to 10 minutes and will be submitted and graded for accuracy.

Group Skit Presentation -Justification Bioethics
1.Group clearly identifies an ethical question and chooses an option (make decision). 2. Clearly identifies the facts that support their position. 3.Props are not required, but will earn extra points. 4. Must take into consideration the stakeholders along with views, clearly describe the ethical considerations, and identify the the strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions. 5.Skits will be between 8 to 10 minutes and will be submitted and graded for accuracy.

Evolution PowerPoint Presentation Science Rubric
Created for assessing a Oral/Visual Presentation an Evidence of Evolution Topic. 60 pts Because the topics are so diverse, I am not going to say that you have to include this, that, and the other. You are to prepare a 5 minute presentation about your topic. Make sure that you discuss the most relevant, interesting information AND how it relates to evolution as we have been discussing in class. Supplementary information for your presentation may include a powerpoint, prezi, movie, skit, poster, or other media approved by me. You also must include a 10 question quiz with answers about your topic. As always all informaiton must be accompanied by a proper MLA or APA style citation.
