Personal Fitness Workout
Students are to create their own 12 week workout based upon the goals that each student has chosen. must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must include an log of exercises completed. The workout must be 25-35 minutes long. program should identify muaxlwa being used in each exercise. and must be submitted the week before the exercise session. Every Friday, along with the log for that week.

Fitness Workout
Students will create his or her own workout plan. For each workout students are to utilize a minimum of 12 exercises. For each exercise there needs to be full sentences of directions on how to perform the exercise, which of the 5 components of health related fitness are addressed, which muscles are targeted by the exercise, and reference to where the information about the exercise was found.

Mental Health Cartoon
Students will create three cartoon strips. They will choose 3 of the 4 concepts: Stigma, Stereotypes, Prejudice, Descrimination. Each cartoon strip must have a minimum of 5 frames and a maximum of 10 frames. Students may draw or cut out magazine images. I must see that effort was used in creating this not just stick figures. Each cartoon must have a 3-5 sentence paragraph explaining how we can change attitudes about that particular concept.

Students will be assessed on their overall ability and attitude toward the game of soccer. Students will be assessed on their perfomance and sportsmanship.

Create a Board Game
Choose a Lifestyle Disease. Groups can be 2-4 students. Create a board game that utilizes vocabulary and concepts from the chosen disease. You must create rules that explains how to play the game. The game board needs to be creative, with a game name, and all of the materials to play the game must be included. Questions must be printed by hand or typed. Do not copy an existing commercial board game. Have fun!

Students will create a cartoon that explains a stress related topic. Each cartoon must be 8-10 frames. Students may draw and/or cut out magazine images to illustrate their cartoon. Group Skit Drugs/Alcohol Presentation
The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions. 1. As a group, you will create a skit identifying the following: definitions, interesting facts, effects, color, and history. Skit should be between 3 to 5 minutes in length

Personal Fitness Plan
Students will analyze their own fitness report and identify areas where they need improvement. Once they have identified the areas they need to improve, they will develop a personal “plan of action” to improve their fitness scores to be in the Health Fitness Zone on each fitness test item. Students will be asked to create a new sport. Students will be allowed to demonstrate this sport in a multitude of ways including but not limited to Power Point, drawings and descriptive writing. The students must include a mascot, an advertisement, answer the questions given explaining how this invention will work.
