To be used in technical manufacting and machining, to assess how well students are able to apply theory knowledge to accomplish an assigned task.

Students will a drill press to drill a specific size hole for the tap they will be using. The students will drill through the piece of metal.Then use the tap that was designed for the hole you just made. Make sure the tap is straight up and down and not leaning twist the tap a few turns then back off a 1/4 turn repeat this process till you screw the tap through the metal..

Ornamental Horticulture Demonstration Grading Rubric

Students will use MIG welding techniques to weld a variety of weld joints including a Tee joint, Butt joint and Lap joint. Students will also complete a bead plate.

The safe use of a lath to proceed to measure and machine a Plumpbob. To Determine if Plumbob is within spec given.
