Students will apply the F.I.T.T. principle to their own lives based on their fitness levels and abilities in order to create a personalized exercise plan. Students will be assessed based on their ability to create a 30-day personalized exercise plan based on the F.I.T.T. principle. They will also be required to justify their exercise plan based on an explanation of their physical abilities and fitness level, via written response.
