Students develop a business plan for a retail or service business that will be part of our Amusement Park. Each team of 2 or 3 students will be responsible for all portions of the comprehensive plan that covers everythnig, including setting goals and writing a mission statement, developing the marketing plan, etc.

Students must design a scale model floor plan for a new amusement park in Webster. The floor plan must indicate the dimensions, area, and perimeter for each ride. Students have to build a diorama of a Native American dwelling using materials authentic to the tribe (similar materials to what they had) and is landscaped (the ground/background look like the environment where the house would be found). They must give a short speech going over: 1. Why did the tribe use this type of dwelling? 2. What types of materials did the tribe they chose use? 3. Key leaders of that tribe 4. Any interesting facts about that tribe 5. Why did you choose this tribe?

A reflection paper is all about your response to the presented material. Consider how the content you have experienced in class broadened your knowledge of technology use in your classroom. A reflection paper is not a summary of the material or your thoughts dumped on paper. It is an organized and structured paper incorporating your personal reaction with classroom readings and notes.
