Personal Fitness Warm-Up Video
Students are to create their own warm-up video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class, video's provided during remote learning, or previous experience. The video must demonstrate a proper warm-up session. It must also incorporate fitness terminology, and identification of muscles or muscle groups. The video must be between 6-8 minutes long and must be submitted to the instructor via Canvas.

Exercise Demonstration
There are many different types and methods of exercise. It is important for adults to participate in 30-90 minutes of activity per day. In groups or individually, you will lead the class through a 30+ minute physical activity. Keep in mind different abilities of your classmates. The main purpose of this assignment is to showcase the diversity of exercises available. Be creative!
