Football Rubric

Students will apply the F.I.T.T. principle to their own lives based on their fitness levels and abilities in order to create a personalized exercise plan. Students will be assessed based on their ability to create a 30-day personalized exercise plan based on the F.I.T.T. principle. They will also be required to justify their exercise plan based on an explanation of their physical abilities and fitness level, via class presentation.

Daily Physical Education Rubric for assessing participate, engagement and effort, and cooperation, respect, and safety.

This rubric can be used to grade all students from k-12 emphasizing the important or cooperation, teamwork, and being prepared for class.

This assessment will be used during the Lacrosse Lessons as a guideline for students.

Students will demonstrate knowledge of the game rules, boundaries, scoring, game concepts, and tactical strategies.

This rubric will help to grade skill level of students in the hand dribble. To achieve a skill number, students must demonstrate all of the skill in that scoring level. Emphasis is on the process and mechanics of the sports skill and not the end product
