Create Your Own S.M.A.R.T Goal
Sixth grade students will have their choice to pick which test in Fitnessgram they want to improve on and how they plan on improving this area of fitness. Students should go into as much detail as possible when stating how they plan on reaching their goal.

Health - Choosing a positive role model
Recognize how media and important people in the community influence personal attitudes, beliefs, decisions and behaviors. Students must give multiple reasons of why their role model is a healthy role model to emulate. The speech must be between 2-3 minutes to get full credit. A point will be deducted for each portion of ten seconds that the student fails to meet the required time period. A total of 12 points is offered for this assignment.

Dance/Exercise Routine
Students are to create a dance/exercise routine in groups that is at least 2 minutes long. The routine needs to have a noticeable beginning, middle, and end. The group needs to remain in sync with each.
