Rubric For Model of Earth’s Geologic Time Scale

The objective of this assignment is for students to model the timeline of the Earth’s geologic time scale over the last 4.6 billion years. Students are expected to make a timeline of the names of the eons, eras, periods and epochs. In addition to the the names, students need to include the appropriate timeframe for each part of this timeline and include at least 3 key events that occurred during each period of time.
