Experiment Design Rubric
This is the rubric used for Experimental Design Assignments and Labs most of the science labs in this class. NOTE: Procedures should include any safety precautions needed for the lab.

Restaurant Concept Project
Design a restaurant concept, which involves the entire dining experience. Elements that define a restaurant concept include decor, lighting, menu, service, price, location, size, target market, atmosphere, seating, and hours of operation. Create a 3-D model of the restaurant of your choice. As always use your creativity!!!

Olympic Sport Presentation
Students research an Olympic sport and create a presentation to show what they have learned. Project must include: sport title, how it is done, equipment needed, uniform worn, how it is judged, history of sport, name and picture of at least 2 athletes competing in the Olympics in that sport, and picture/video of the sport.

Speech Rubric
Students will research, plan, and compose a speech and will be evaluated in terms of specific standards set in class, including the clarity and completeness of your speech and the quality of your presentation in explaining your topic matter. Non-verbal communication is highlighted. Students will have 3 to 4 minutes to deliver the speech.
