On this discussion board submit your video log explaining your thoughts and your process you have outlined for your 1 Week Plan. Return to the discussion board within 2 days and support community learning by responding to two classmates and their implementation process. This may be done either in writing or video response.

Explore all the videos your classmates posted on the Capstone Class Project Part I Discussion Board. You will need to strategically identify the best RP strategy that you will attempt to implement into your daily workplace routine. You will then be required to make a detailed outline of the logistics of your plan to implement the new strategy into a span of one week.

Research, locate, identify, label, describe and post 2 videos to a discussion board; • one video will be a representation of RP • the second video non-example (Traditional Strategy Approach). The learner must include a clear description explaining in their own words why they believe each posted video is an example or non-example of RP.
