Processing a Crime Scene Narrative
This rubric explains the components that are required in crime scene narrative reports that are written by the lead detective. Each crime scene narrative must have the following components: Summary of investigation initiation, details of the crime scene investigation, how evidence was processed and collected on the scene, and finally a brief account of pending tasks that must be performed by forensic labs.
