Your sculpture should represent Kimmy Cantell's style and a variety of art elements and principles found in his work. It should show space by having different sections pop up making it have a 3-D effect.

Bottles/buttons in Pastels The composition demonstrates students ability to create an Illusion of volume/form using the elements of Art: Value/ Contrast/ Color. Value is added to the contour drawing using pastels. The composition shows at least 7 values of shading and includes the 5 Principles of Shading: highlight, shade, shadow, reflected light and back shading.

Value Composition in Graphite and/or Color Pencils Composition demonstrates students ability to create an Illusion of volume/form using the element of Art:Value/ principle of composition. Composition uses all shapes/forms studied that overlap; value is added to the contour drawing using one or more of the methods taught in class (value scale only)Composition shows at least 3-4 values of shading and includes the 5 Principles of Shading: highlight, shade, shadow, reflected light and backshading.
