Opening Procedures for the 2008-2009 School Year

1. Enrollment for new students will take place June 9, 2008 thru June 11, 2008.
2. Documents required for enrollment are birth certificate, social security card, vaccination record book, at least one proof of address.
3. Students are called based on date of application.
4. Homeless children, foster children, and children with an IEP other than speech, have priority.
5. A parent orientation will be held on September 2, 2008.
6. Students will be phased in beginning September 3, 2008.
7. The child MUST have a completed physical and dental on the day he or she is scheduled to begin school.
