 Easy Enrollment Steps
1.The parent/guardian should submit an application using the"Enroll Now"page.   

 

2. An invoice for the enrollment fees and tuition due will be sent to the parent from the financial office.

   

  3. Once fees have been received by the school, someone from the admissions office will contact the parent so that a file can be started on the student. Courses will be selected at this time. students will receive access codes and passwords to log-in to the online format. Our secure online classroom allows students to submit assignments, tests and final exams via the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

  4. Students must register for the classes using the information that they have received. The registration process is very simple and only takes a few minutes.

 

Canceling Enrollment
To cancel your child’s enrollment with Christ Our King Academy, you must send a letter or email to our office informing us of your child's withdrawal.

 

Withdrawal is officially recognized only upon receipt of written notification and must be confirmed by a staff member of Christ Our King Academy. When a student is withdrawn, the parent is still responsible for paying at least 50% of the remaining tuition balance for that year.

 

Withdrawal fees also apply and records/grades are not released until the students account is clear. Fees vary based on grade level. Please allow 10-14 business days after we receive the information for the withdrawl process to be complete.

Counseling Fee $20

Total: $80.00, plus 50% of remaining tuition balance for the year


Middle School Withdrawal Fee $55

Middle School Records Fee $45

Counseling Fee $25

Total: $125.00, plus 50% of remaining tuition balance for the year


High School Withdrawal Fee $75

High School Records Fee $65

Counseling Fee $40

Total: $180.00, plus 50% of the remaining balance for the year
