Accomplishments: Developed a strategic plan for graduate enrollment, resulting in a 700% surge in inquiry generation, a 67% increase in applications, an 81% increase in new recruitment, and a 21% increase in graduate enrollment in relation to previous year. Reestablished branding standards and image for the College. Restructured the graduate recruitment process and operations. Developed a targeted marketing campaign including print and online advertising. Developed new collateral materials including folders, 11 brochures, 2 posters, 7 application packets, e-newsletters, banners and promotional items. Redeveloped the College’s main website (www.eng.fiu.edu). Research, development and pre-implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for the College.

Accomplishments: Redevelopment and standardization of branding image, standards and marketing materials for the University. Redevelopment and search engine optimization of the Miami website (www.mia.albizu.edu), resulting in a 250% increase in traffic. 57% reduction in advertising cost per inquiry and 50% decrease in advertising cost per enrolled student. 100% increase in inquiry generation in comparison to previous years. New student enrollment surpassed projections by 27%, having achieved the highest new enrollments in the institution’s history.
