Remember, there is a difference between "the" and "a/an." Also, there is a masculine and a feminine form of each of these, AND a plural for all of them as well! Don't get caught!
Connecting words are so very important. Encima ___, debajo ___, dentro ___. Don't forget the word that needs to be in the blank!
Go over your verbs! What is "in"? "Under"? "On"? "Inside"? These are all different.

There are tildes (~) ONLY on the letter "n"! Vowels use accent marks (ex: á, é, í, ó, ú)
Adjectives come after nouns in Spanish, which is the opposite than in English.
"Es" and "está" both mean is, but they are different! Es is permanent, está is temporary. Make sure to make the distinction between the two! Remember, there is a plural form of each!
