Reflection Experience that Enhanced Meaning of the Content of My Discipline
Reflecting on my major, Organizational Communication, gives me the opportunity to analyze my leadership skills. In order to be an asset to your organization, you must have leadership and communication skills. The following paper was written for my Leadership Theory and Practices course. The purpose was to reflect on our own personal meaning of Leadership using a variety of personal experiences and leadership theories. The various activities we participated in class, volunteering time with different service based organizations, analyzing effect community service involvment projects, and developing our leadership skills as a whole, was truly effective in enhancing my experience as an Organizational Communication student.
