Sequel to the job posting of April 25, 2008 on the Bank of America website www.bankofamerica.com, I am interested in a position as a Retention/ Credit Analyst. I am presently a Customer Advocate with Bank of America Credit Card Services and would love to work in this new position.
My attached resume shows details of my experience. I have four years experience as a teacher and administrative counselor and I have a competently earned lending authority and also have five years of seasoned practice as an assets recovery specialist. I have maintained a high rating in sales in a fast paced commission based environment, exceeding set goals on all my previous jobs. I presently rank in the top ten percent in terms of production and the incentive plan developed by my leadership team is still in use today.
I also have a Diploma in Statistics and will be finishing a two year college program in Accounting from Baltimore City Community College where I am presently an honors student, in 2009.
