As of today, my goal is to get my Associate Degree in hospitality Management and possibly find a way to transfer to a four-year institution. I am planning on completing an internship in one of the popular hotels in Baltimore Downtown next semester. That opportunity will open my door to an American Tourism Industry. Even though I have worked in an international hotel in Poland, I realize that in the United States management may look totally different. I hope to learn how to lead a team in a hotel in this country, what are the traditions, and expectations. Every experience in valuable and important for people learn from mistakes and hard work. I love working with people and I believe I am good at it. So for now, my goal is to finish school, complete an internship, and meet as many important people as I can :) That will be just the beginning of my journey toward ownership of MY hotel.....
