LEO stands for Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity, which accurately portrays our goal as a club. Our club is formed by freshmen through senior students and is sponsored by the Poway Lions Club. Nationally, LEO Club membership exceeds 140,000 and there are over 5,600 LEO Clubs in 139+ countries. In our local school districts there are 10+ Leo Clubs to date, including some at Rancho Bernardo, Poway and Westview High Schools.

     Since our founding in 2000, we have quickly become one of the most notable and successful clubs in our school and have received the honor of being the Mt. Carmel High School Club of the Year multiple times. We have also been featured in local newspapers for our services to the community and continue to grow and serve.
