* April 17th 9:45am, Forfa Auditorum - Film "Out of Balance: ExxonMobil's Impact on Climate Change" Sponsored by the Science Department.  The S.E.A. will be there with an Informational Booth outside of the Auditorium. 

*April 19th 3:30pm, L-14 - Environmental Forum Yes, this will be taking place during normal meeting hours.  I hope that everyone can attend.  The more people that attend, the better the chances of something good happening for the environment on campus!  Please, bring your friends, bring your family!  Bring Everyone!

* Earth Day is April 21st!  The Environmental Interpretive Center in conjunction with Friends of the Rogue are hosting activities for all interested persons to join in!  There will be a bike path with educational stations along it, as well as people pulling garlic mustard.

     Stations along the bike trail will be:
*Turbidity demonstration
*Macro-invertabrate showcase
*Percolation deomonstration
*Storm Drain demonstration

Although everyday is Earth Day, on this one day of the year we get together with friends and celebrate the joy the Earth has given to us while taking the time to give back to Mother Earth.

*April 25th 10am-2pm: HFCC's Open House The S.E.A. will have an informational table with baked goods for sale at the Open House.  Many have signed up to participate and help out at the table.  Other groups have raised as much as $800.00 through a single bake sale.  Please donate anything you can.  The proceeds will benefit the S.E.A. (and the Environment of course!) in the future.

We will not have a meeting during HFCC Finals Week.  The last meeting of the semester will take place on April 26th at 3:30pm in L-6. 

We are currently seeking members who are interested in Officer Positions in the Fall.  A President, Vice-President, and Treasurer will be needed.  Please inquire within if you are interested in any of the above positions.
