DESCRIPTION:
Lavender Lens Magazine, a 6+ year old news and life-style publication based in San Diego, is expanding its regional sales force.

We are looking for entrepreneurial minded individuals with tremendous initiative and ambition. If this reflects your level of salesmanship please forward your resume for immediate consideration.

DUTIES:
Use supplied lists of prospective customers and create your own leads. Must be able to drive/travel to San Diego prospects and clients. You will be trained by our publisher/sales director to give you a fast and successful start.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of proven, successful experience in sales, preferably outside sales. Self-starters with excellent communication, phone solicitation and closing skills. Proven record of successful sales experience.

BENEFITS:
Well above industry leading sales commission. Contract sales incentive bonuses ( value of 1 full ad will be added to 25-30%).

In the busy fall/winter sales season, we offer weekly training sessions for individuals who qualify.
