Peer Reflections of ME!

PEER EVALUATION'S

Thank you kindly to each and every one of you that took the time to reflect on my work. I genuinly appreciate your feedback and will take what you have to say with much consideration! As a student in Dr. Smirnova's class I must say that one of the most influential stimuli involved in molding you as a future teacher is in fact your peers. I have grown so much because of my peers! Thank you AGAIN!

Alissa, Amanda, Leigh and Marc-you truly showed me your heart in answering your
questions. The three of you stood out the most as far as creativity and I want to praise
you for that. I can see why the three of you want to teach :)

I love the smartboard features that we used-especially in the beginning when writing out
our names and at the end in allowing students to demonstate their understanding on the
smartboard rather than just aloud. I like how we all worked together on the assignment
and that each of us knew our part. I feel Alissa chose great activities to do during each
learning station, especially the technology one, because the with the graphic organizer
we were able to use the smartboard once again for technology!

Group investigation: Amanda, Alissa, Jessie, Mark & Olga
+- liked how you related your findings to the jigsaw
+- Like how the whole class was involved with group work
+- I liked how you all walked around to each group and helped.
wish- your presentation went a little slower

Amanda,
Even though you were a little sick, your Anticipatory Set was very good!  I liked the way you
used the board to express the students thoughts.  You were very loud and informative
and i like the way that you transitioned your lesson from one thing to the next.

Amanda:
+ I liked how you encouraged us and gave us time to respond
+ Eventhough you were sick, you presented well and were loud!
+ I like how your AS ties in with your topic...Freedom is something that fourth graders
can really think about and relate to

by, Olga

Group 2 – Colleen, Andrew, Olga, Erin, and Leah
+ It was very good how your group got everyone involved in the beginning of
your presentation.
+ Your group had very good use of the smart board, which I liked.
+ You all spoke clearly and loudly enough for the entire class to hear.
~I wish next time your group could have everyone speak more rather than a certain
few.
