Level 1 The writing has 5 or more capitalization & punctuation errors
Titles and details The item on the menu is named and described in detail	Level 4 The items on the menu are creatively named and the descriptions are at least 2 sentences in length. Descriptive words are used.	Level 3 The items on the menu are named and the descriptions are at least 2 sentences in length.	Level 2 The items on the menu are named but the descriptions are not 2 sentences in length.	Level 1 The items on the menu are not named and the descriptions are limited and not 2 sentences in length.
Grammar Correct grammar is used	Level 4 The writing contains proper use of Past Tense Verbs. Use of descriptive language adds to text.
