Statistical question	Poor 2 or less correct - Student has difficulty determining statistical questions	Fair 3-4/8 correct - Student is able to determine statistical questions with some difficulty.	Good 5-6/8 correct Student is able to determine a statistical question with little difficulty.	Excellent 7-8/8 correct Student is able to determine a statistical questions with little to no difficulty.
Justification	Poor Student has difficulty explaining and will be missing several key components which shows little understanding.	Fair Student explanation is a little hard to understand but has critical components which show some understanding of the topic.	Good Student explanation is clear and shows a good understanding of the topic. Same answer from all respondents	Excellent Student explanation is clear and concise which shows full understanding of the topic. Indicates one and only one answer is correct. No variability in answers
