The student takes responsibility and performs their task(s) without being asked to do so by other participants. All portions of their individual work are complete

Exceeds Group Expectations

The student performs all tasks without hesitation or being asked. Assumes a leadership role for assigned tasks. Completes assigned tasks prior to agreed upon deadlines.
Meets Group Expectations

The student accepts responsibility for his or her assigned role(s); Completes assigned roles on time.
Below Group Expectations

The student has a hard time accepting his or her responsibility and had to be asked repeatedly to do complete his or her portion of the assignment. Does not complete assigned roles on time.
Interfers with Group Success

The student did not make an attempt to assume responsibility. Others in the group assume their role.
Respect
10 %

The student is respectful of others' viewpoints and abilities while working with their collaborative group.

Exceeds Group Expectations

The student listened to each student's comments, concerns, and questions without hesitation or prejudice.
Meets Group Expectations

The student generally respected others in collaborative grouping setting; however, the student needed a few reminders to respect other members.
Below Group Expectations

The student needed frequent reminders of how one should act in a group setting.
Interfers with Group Success

The student was not respectful at all of other participants, the professor, or the materials.

The student contributes equally in group.

Exceeds Group Expectations

The student shares his or her viewpoints and information, but also allows and encourages other students to do so at the same time.

Participant share their viewpoint and listens to others.
Below Group Expectations

The student shares his or her viewpoint, but is overly critical or unreceptive to the viewpoints/information of others'.

The student listens actively to others but does not share his or her viewpoint or information.

The student makes no attempt to particpate at all.

The student contributes lots of high-quality, useful information, findings, insights, etc.

The student contributes some high-quality, useful information, findings, insights, etc.
