Body Position	Little/No improvement Body is bent over at the waist while jumping.	Working toward standard Body is erect.	At Standard Body is erect with slight bend in legs.	Exceeds Standard Can change body positions while jumping.
Jumping	Little/No improvement Can jump over a rope lying on the ground.	Working toward standard Can jump over a rope lying on the ground while landing on both feet.	At Standard Can jump over a rope that is flipped over the head.	Exceeds Standard Can jump over a rope that is flipped over the head landing on both feet more than twice.
Speed and control	Little/No improvement Flips rope over head too fast. Jumps before flipping the rope over head.
