Following directions	Poor Not following center rules. (Not on task. Not talking in a partner voice, etc.)	Fair On task sometimes.	Good On task often.	Excellent Above expectations. Following all center directions.
Work completion	Poor More than 1 center was not attempted or no proof of completion provided for more than 1 center.	Fair Do not have proof of attempting one center. OR very little proof of completion from 1 or more center.	Good All math centers were attempted, but lacking proof of 100% completion from 1 or more center.	Excellent All math centers were completed 100% with proof of work.
Accuracy (At Your Seat)	Poor Less than 50% of work is accurate.	Fair 50%-69% of work is accurate.	Good 70%-89% of work is accurate	Excellent 90% or more of work is accurate.
