Patriotic Song Project
Patriotic songs were used to describe America's beauty and or greatness and to instill a sense of pride in our country when it was new. Your task is to research a song, write about the author, when the song was written, describe the images the author used to instill feelings of pride, and how this song makes you feel. Lastly, provide a poster to go along with your paper showing art work and pictures about your chosen country or be prepared to perform the patriotic song before the class.
