Interprétation d'un poème Français

1. Pronunciation

Mauvais 1-2

Student pronounced 7 or more words incorrectly, with little effort for correction; which in turn made it extremely difficult to comprehend what was being said.
Pas mal 3-5

Student pronounced 5-6 words incorrectly, with some effort for correction. Comprehension was possible, but strenuous.
Bon- 6-8

Student pronounced 3-4 words incorrectly, with some effort for correction. A couple of moments hard to comprehend, but overall, well done.
Excellent- 9-10

Student pronounced 0-2 words incorrectly, with great effort for correction. Complete comprehension of what was being said!
2. Fluency

Mauvais 1-2

Student presented a below average demonstration of French fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines multiple times. Student's use of note-cards for lines was obvious. It appeared student did not understand what he/she was saying.
Pas mal 3-5

Student presented an average demonstration of French fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines more than 3 times. Student had to use note-cards for lines often. Student's intonation/expression was often inappropriate.
Bon- 6-8

Student presented a good demonstration of French fluency. Student a few stumbles over words at times and confused lines only a couple of times. It is clear that student tried to use free-speech at times, rather than reading from paper. Intonation indicating an understanding of what he/she was saying.
Excellent- 9-10

Student presented an average to above average performance. Student had few to no issues with fluency.
3. Effort and Attitude

Mauvais 1-2

The student put little to no effort into the presentation; merely went through the motions of presenting, without giving much thought into what was being said.
Pas mal 3-5

The student could have done more to enhance the presentation (more images, slower paced and purposeful reading, etc.)
Bon- 6-8

The student could have done more to contribute, however was showing enthusiasm, animation, maturity, and interest.
Excellent- 9-10

The student was excited and ready to present with a smile! The student seemed to have fun during the making of the voice thread, which in turn translated into a extremely engaging presentation!
4. Creativity / Interpreation

Mauvais 1-2

Student presented with little creativity in his/her presentation /interpretation. Effort seemed superficial, as presentation was unorganized. No clear thoughts were given during interpretation.
Pas mal 3-5

Student's presentation was a little creative, with room for improvement.
Unpreparedness took away from overall assignment, due to open-ended interpretation: little correlations made between poem and interpretation.
Bon- 6-8

Student's presentation was creative and unique, however had room for improvement. Advanced planning was evident, and good correlations were brought out during the interpretation. Student knew poem very well.
Excellent- 9-10

The student's work was very creative and unique! Student made exceptional correlations between the poem and their interpretations: used the piece to bolster his/her view of the poem! BRAVO!
