Content	Target Shows a full understanding of topic.	Fair Shows a good understanding of topic.	Poor Does not seem to understand the topic that well.
Preparedness	Target Has rehearsed before presentation.	Fair Seems to be pretty prepared but should have rehearsed more.	Poor Does not seem prepared to present.
Posture and Eye Contact	Target Stand up straight, look confident, and make eye contact during the presentation.	Fair Stand up straight, and give some eye contact.	Poor Slouch, little or no eye contact.
Speaks Clearly	Target Speak clearly the whole time presenting, and have no difficulty pronouncing words.	Fair Speak clearly most of the time, but have some difficulty pronouncing words.	Poor Hard to understand, often mumble, do not understand some of the words being used.
