Organization	Poor Jenna required a lot of help to organize the food drive. She could not prepare the hampers, talk to others or create the display on her own.	Fair With much help, Jenna organized the food drive. She needed help to prepare the hamper, communicate with others and create the display.	Good With little support, organizes the food drive. She prepared the hampers, communicated with the teachers, and created a display for the food.
Monitoring	Poor Jenna required a lot of help. She had to be told what to do each day and she did not learn from the day before	Fair Jenna needed help throughout the entire week. She gathered food, and recorded the weight on the table with help. Help was needed throughout the week.	Good Daily, Jenna gathers food from each class and weighs the amount food and records the weight on a visual table in the hallway. Help needed lessened throughout the week and at the end Jenna was able to do these tasks on her own.
Following a Plan	Poor Jenna could not make a plan. Jenna could not follow a plan. Jenna did not mark of completed tasks.	Fair Jenna created a plan but needed a lot of help to do so. She followed the plan and checked off things she had done- she could do more than half of this by herself.	Good Jenna created a plan with little help. She was able to state step by step what she did and what she has to do next. Jenna followed a a plan on her own and checked the plan before moving on. Jenna checked off the jobs that were done on her own.
