Patient prep for surgery

Good

Student got all supplies out, clippers, vacuum.. Student clipped appropriate area without prompting, vacuumed the hair away, expressed bladder if needed and prepped aseptically. Patient was transferred to the surgical suite without contamination

Student was not able to successfully complete the surgery prep OR contaminated the surgery site upon transfer to surgery room

Student opened the first layer of the surgery pack, opened the sterile drape and scalpel blade without breaching asepsis
