-Feet shoulder width apart, straddle shooting line, bow shoulder facing target. -Bow arm held straight out towards target with arrow rest facing up and the bow string touching the underside of bow arm. -Bow parallel to ground, load above the nock, nock arrow at 90 degree angle, odd colored feather facing away
-Hook middle three fingers onto string at first knuckle, back of hand and wrist flat, elbow level with forearm -pull or draw your bow string back -anchor three fingers at the corner of mouth
-Look down the arrow to target, aim at spot with point of arrow -roll fingers off string, hand stays at anchor position -bring the shooting hand and elbow back to the ear or farther
-one arrow at a time is removed -one leg against the target -"L" shaped hand lays flat against the target with the arrow in the corner of the "L" -other hand grips arrow and pulls out -once all arrows are removed they are stacked together and are walked to the quivers with one hand over the points and the other holding the middle of the arrow shafts
