Organization and Relevance	Poor Reader/observer has difficulty understanding topical information because bulletin board displays no logic or sequence of the information; content is not relevant to chosen/assigned topic.	Fair Reader/observer has difficulty understanding topical information because bulletin board displays little logic or sequence of the information; content relevance topic attempted.	Good Board presents topical information in logical sequence which reader/observer can follow; content somewhat relevance to topic.	Excellent Board presents age-appropriate topical information in logical, interesting sequence which reader/observer can follow; content relevant to topic.
Theme	Poor Fails to demonstrate an understanding of the theme	Fair Minimal demonstration of theme; displays superficial facts with no explanations or elaborations.	Good Adequate demonstration of theme; Displays topical information with explanations but little elaboration.	Excellent Full demonstration of theme (more than required);displays topical information with explanations and elaboration.
Graphics	Poor Graphics are inappropriate, superfluous or no graphics, Source of graphics is not displayed.	Fair Graphics are somewhat appropriate and give little support to topical information.
