Fitness Video Rubric 
Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video must include a defined fitness related workout routine: mainly upper body exercise, mainly lower body exercise, mainly core exercise, mainly full body exercise, cardiovascular exercise, strengthening or stretching exercises. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and health benefits. The video must be 7 -10 minutes long.
