Balance Beam

1

Student will stands in tandem stance on a 4 inch balance beam holding a hand for 10s 80% of trials.

Single Leg Hops

Student will hop on 1 foot and stop 2 times, without letting the other foot touch the floor, 80% of trials.

Student will hop on 1 foot and stop 5 times, without letting the other foot touch the floor, 80% of trials.

Student will hop on 1 foot and stop 10 times, without letting the other foot touch the floor, 80% of trials.
Jumping Jacks

1

Student will execute 4 jumping jacks with opposing arm and leg movements independantly when given time to perform slowly 80% of trials.

Student will execute 4 jumping jacks with opposing arm and leg movements independantly moving at a quick pace (<20s) 80% of trials.
3

Student will execute 8 jumping jacks with opposing arm and leg movements independantly moving at a quick pace (<30s) 80% of trials.
