Stays on Task	Unsatisfactory I was not focused on the task at hand.	Needs Improvement I was somewhat focused on the task at hand.	Satisfactory I stayed focused on the task at hand most of the time.	Excellent I stayed focused on the task at hand at all times AND helped others in my group to stay focused.
Follows Directions	Unsatisfactory I did not read and/or follow directions for each task.
