DECA Pin Contest 
To create a state promotional tool to be used by Ohio DECA during the State and International Career Development Conferences. Chapter selection of design is what is submitted.

Pin is handed in on paper than is not 8.5 by 11. No explanation and is difficult to understand. There is no color.

Pin is handed in on a paper bigger or smaller than 8.5 x 11. Explanation is included but could be clearer.
Excellent/Outstanding

Pin is on one piece of paper (8.5 x 11). Shows explanation/or is understood easily. Is in color. Has original work--no copyright infringements.
Meets deadline

Turned in three business days late
Fair

Turned in two days late
