	Poor (below 69%) Shows no demonstation of the criteria set below. 2 pts	Fair (70 - 79%) Shows minimum demonstration of the criteria set below. 3 pts	Good (80 - 89%) Shows moderate demonstration of the criteria set below. 4 pts	Excellent (90 - 100%) Exceeds the standards of the criteria set below. 5 pts
Promptness 5 pts Student's Punctuality	Poor (below 69%) RARELY arrives to class on time.	Fair (70 - 79%) SOMETIMES arrives to class on time.	Good (80 - 89%) MOST OF THE TIME arrives to class on time.	Excellent (90 - 100%) ALWAYS arrives to class on time.
Preparedness 5 pts Pencil and/or pen, book, notebook and/or journal	Poor (below 69%) RARELY comes to class with materials and supplies.	Fair (70 - 79%) SOMETIMES comes to class with materials and supplies.	Good (80 - 89%) MOST OF THE TIME comes to class with materials and supplies.
