Participation & Collaboration	Poor Demonstrates little or no participation with classmates and teacher. Little or no collaboration with classmates in assembling the papel picado on the cord and in its hanging.	Fair Demonstrates some participation with classmates and teacher, and some collaboration with classmates in assembling the papel picado on the cord and in its hanging.
